IIMAAA-MUM – Refund Policy
IIM, Ahmedabad, Alumni Association, Mumbai Chapter, hereinafter referred to as “IIMAAA-MUM” has a stated policy of “No Refunds”. As we are an organisation registered under section 25, the charges paid by the participants are for subscription fees, attending events or something similar, as specified while paying fees. The Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, the fee may be refunded only if IIMAAA-MUM fails to conduct events (Not applicable for unavoidable instances).
IIMAAA-MUM reserves the right to reschedule/cancel the event or subscription because of insufficient enrolment, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, etc). In such cases, office bearers of IIMAAA-MUM will take appropriate decision on refunds, which will be binding.
Refunds of the duplicate payment made by the participants will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 15 to 30 working days post intimation by the participant and approval of IIMAAA-MUM office bearers.
